Dr Helen Stratton will be joining Create in January as our Business and Operations Director. Helen will bring to the team her considerable skill and experience within the healthcare industry. Not only does she have a strong clinical background and a high level of medical knowledge but she has also been in private hospital management for over 10 years, most recently managing the set up, commissioning and launch of Circle Hospital in Bath.
As a Marketing and Business Development organisation, Create has been working in the healthcare industry for the past five years. We have found that demand for business development, advice and negotiation has grown with market changes, which is why Helen has now joined the team to further develop the Create proposition and answer our clients' needs.
Helen has an enormous amount of experience negotiating with Hospital Groups and Insurance companies; she also has experience in developing new hospitals/clinics and the associated accreditation.
